Loved the amenities.. loved the casino having a choice of going into a non smoking one or a smoking one. The pool is huge and having a swim up bar was amazing! Would love to come back for sure ! Can't say enough about the view from the sky tower balcony room .. it's super nice.. they have alot of games to choose from and many food choices as well.

I thank yall for giving me Comp night. I called to Check on my Reservation that Booking .com made but there wasn't one. Yall were so nice and gave the comp night. So I called my Credit card they had already paid booking. Com on 9/17 /24 $398.14. So I called booking. Com when I seen on my credit card they already. Please help me get my .money back.. they said I didn't cancel but I did call there was no confirmation # there. Please help me. Amen..I can't remember what date I made the Comp night. Please help me. Nit fair. They do this amen. It's on My Pay Pal. I can sent yall everything. I can e mail to yall.

Nice clean casino and rooms. Plenty of good dinner options. Buffet was pricey, but good.

Casino host staff very excellent and friendly. Happy for me when I won!!!! Room was really well-appointed, comfortable and CLEAN. Boutiques were awesome! gambling was fun. Music circulating on the gambling floor well-chosen. The petite dusty blond who made my custom drink at the bar inside the entry made me the most perfect skinny margarita I've ever had made. Ever. And I've been all over.

I extended my stay for 2 days,because of weathet,snd had to pay an additional resort fee. Didn't think it was fair and I requested reconsideration.. They refused to wave the second resort fee. I the asked for a food comp instead and was told NO. This does not sit well with me. I'm sorry this happen this way but ......

Everything was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The room was a great size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really big, and the shower was massive and so just perfect after coming in from the fitness center. We stayed on the Spa side and the placement was so convenient to reach everything we wanted to be within walking distance. The restaurants had really good food. The fitness center had a lot of equipment and was located right in the spa area. The bowling center, movie theater and arcades were great additions to small activities to do during the day. We just really enjoyed everything. We are not gamblers, but wanted to partake in a little gambling, a little recreation, a little workout, a little relaxation and some eating all in one convenient spot. This is a great place to do it. LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!

I love how valet parking is included with the stay. The staff was so friendly, there was someone happy to help me wherever I was going. Rooms were very clean and nice. Ordered room service coffee and it was delicious. The concert venue is great, and it was wonderful to just be able to walk back to my room for the night in the same building.

THE FACILITY WAS VERY NICE. ALTHOUGH THE VALET AND GETTING TO THE SKY TOWER WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

I loved the amount of things there was to do. It was my first time and arguably the best casino I’ve stayed at. It had great food options, slots were generous, i really liked the swim up bar and pool area as well. I felt like i got my money’s worth for sure.
